By accessing or using MyRose.in (operated by Fuelo Technologies OPC Private Ltd), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our website or services.
🛒 Orders & Purchases
- All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by us.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
- Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes.
- We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.
- Order confirmations are sent to the email/WhatsApp provided — please ensure they are correct.
- Bulk or custom orders require advance payment and prior confirmation.
🚴 Delivery Terms
- Delivery is currently available only within Bengaluru city limits.
- Same-day delivery requires orders placed before 4:00 PM IST.
- We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect address information.
- In case of delivery failure, a re-delivery fee may apply.
- MyRose.in is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or force majeure events.
💳 Payment Terms
- We accept Cash on Delivery, UPI, Bank Transfer, and Online Payment.
- For UPI and Bank Transfer, payment must be completed within 2 hours of order placement.
- Failure to complete payment may result in order cancellation.
- All transactions are in INR (Indian Rupees).
🌸 Product Disclaimer
Flowers are perishable, natural products. As such:
- Exact colors and appearance may vary slightly from photos due to seasonal availability.
- We substitute flowers of equal or higher value only when necessary.
- We are not liable for allergic reactions to floral products.
- Fresh flowers must be cared for properly after delivery to maintain longevity.
🔒 Intellectual Property
All content on MyRose.in — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Fuelo Technologies OPC Private Ltd. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
⚖️ Limitation of Liability
MyRose.in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed.
🔄 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
📍 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
