🚴 Delivery at a Glance

📦 Order Processing

• Orders placed before 4:00 PM IST are eligible for same-day delivery.
• Orders placed after 4 PM will be delivered the next day morning (by 11 AM).
• You will receive an order confirmation on WhatsApp and email within 30 minutes of placing an order.
• Our floral team hand-crafts each bouquet fresh at the time of dispatch.

🗺️ Delivery Zones & Charges

• Inner Bengaluru (560001–560080): FREE delivery
• Outer Bengaluru (Whitefield, Electronic City, Sarjapur, etc.): FREE delivery
• Outside Bengaluru: Currently not available. Please contact us for special arrangements.

Delivery slots: 9 AM – 1 PM, 2 PM – 6 PM, 6 PM – 9 PM (select during checkout where available).

📍 Address Requirements

• Please ensure the delivery address is complete and accurate — including flat/door number, building name, street, landmark, and pincode.
• The recipient must be available to receive the delivery. If unavailable, we will attempt re-delivery once.
• A second re-delivery attempt may incur a ₹50 charge.

🌸 Product Handling

All bouquets are carefully packed to preserve freshness during transit. We use moisture-retaining paper and cushioning to ensure your flowers arrive in perfect condition.

• Keep flowers in cool, shaded conditions after delivery.
• Trim stems diagonally and place in fresh water immediately.
• Avoid direct sunlight or air conditioning vents for longer life.

⚠️ Delays & Force Majeure

While we strive for timely delivery, MyRose.in is not liable for delays caused by:

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
• Heavy traffic, bandh, or road closures
• Extreme weather conditions
• Public holidays or government restrictions

In such cases, we will contact you immediately and reschedule the delivery.
